With infrastructure well under way and the first house getting under way, Los Islotes is progressing, and prices are going up. Lot prices are scheduled to be increased as of March 15, meaning you still have time to reserve a lot at current prices.
We’ve been enjoying tremendous interest recently, and many lots have been sold. However, excellent lots remain available. Specifically of interest are lots 1, 2, and 3, the last “front line” lots available in Phase 1. These are currently priced at $130,000; however, these prices will be increased to $138,000 at the end of next week.
Among the inventory available right now, other personal favorite lots include lot 46. This sits in the back corner of Phase 1 but has wide ocean views and excellent mountain views, as well. This lot is relatively flat compared with some of our more dramatic lots, meaning it will be fairly easy to build on. At 1/3 of an acre, it’s a nice size. The current price is $90,000. On March 15, that price goes to $ $95,000.
Lot 94 is another on the top of my personal favorites list. I like this lot because of the views, but also because it is bounded on one side by a green area created by a natural spring that runs most of the year. Like lot 46, lot 94 is relatively flat compared with some of our lots and sits above the road which means a bit of work to put in the driveway, but also means any house on the lot across the road won’t obstruct any views. This lot is currently priced at $120,000 but goes to $125,000 next week.
Of course, I love all our lots. Each one has its pluses and minuses, depending on what you’re looking for. Even the lots in Toucan Forest, which have no ocean view, have nice views and can be perfect for someone looking for a private setting. There are lots of trees here, and a creek runs by some of the lots, something else that many really appreciate.
Bottom line, whatever kind of setting you’re looking for, you can buy it for less today than you’ll be able to come the end of next week.
